刘鉴峰

刘鉴峰男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,“协和新星”,放射医学研究所核医学应用研究室主任。2002年本科毕业于烟台大学,先后于2005年和2011年获得南开大学生命科学学院硕士和博士学位。2005年开始在中国医学科学院放射医学研究所工作。天津市医学会核医学分会第七届常委,中国核学会同位素分会第五、六届理事会理事,中华医学会核医学分会第九、十届委员会实验核医学学组成员,天津市核学会第四届理事会理事,天津市药理学会第六届理事会理事,天津市医学影像技术研究会核医学专业委员会委员,中华医学会放射医学与防护学分会第九届委员会青年委员,天津市药理学会首届青年药理学工作者委员会委员,中国生物物理学会辐射与环境专业委员会青年委员,国家自然科学基金评审专家。入选中国医学科学院“协和新星”人才支持计划,获得天津市科技进步二等奖,第十三届天津青年科技奖。近五年来发表SCI收录论文40余篇,总影响因子>200,单篇平均影响因子>5。申请专利四项,其中授权专利两项。

 

研究方向

生物医学工程、影像医学与核医学。具体开展的研究内容:

①      开展多种纳米药物载体的设计、不同修饰对其体内外性能的影响、以及载药后对肿瘤的治疗研究。

②      瘤多模态纳米分子探针的设计、合成及应用,通过对纳米材料进行靶向及多种成像探针(放射性核素/MR/荧光等)的联合修饰,实现肿瘤的早期准确诊断。

③      药物的放射性核素标记及临床前药代动力学研究。
